Volume Salon's Sanitation & Disinfecting Protocols
Volumes Salons is maintaining and following all rules pertaining to Safety & Sanitation through the Bureau of Occupational Licensing, and the Central District Health. We are doing everything to ensure our clients' and team's health & safety to protect against COVID-19(Coronavirus).
•Please only come to your appointment healthy. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other viruses, then you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. We are not only concerned with the health of our staff, but each and every client your appointment. In the event that you will need to reschedule, we ask for 24hrs advance notice.
•No waiting in the salon. Each stylist will only have one client at a time, this means no double booking. Your stylist will let you know when they are read for you. •Please wait in your car until the time of your appointment. The stylist will call/text you when they are ready.• Each station will be sanitized between each appointment. Stylists will do their best to stay on time, but please be patient in the event this sanitation process takes a couple of extra minutes.
•Children will only be allowed with one parent accompanying, one child at a time in the salon. We do ask that clients please do their best to come alone if possible for everyone's safety.
•Clients will be asked to sanitize upon entering Volume Salons. There will be a sanitation station at the front door before entering, also heading straight to the rest room to wash your hands is also very acceptable.
•Everyone is recommended to wear a face mask - we have some if you forget yours!
•Each station will be cleaned between clients.
•Clean or disposable capes and neck strips will be used on every client.
•All stations, chairs, mirrors, tools and any products used and/or touched during the appointment will be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Stylist will change barbicide everyday. Each staff member has been educated on proper sanitation.
•We want clients to notice us physically taking every precaution to keep equipment disinfected while they're in our care.
•Common areas will be wiped down hourly, if not more. We will do a thorough sanitizing of all high traffic areas and surfaces that are touched.
•Stylist only at the coffee station - please no outside food or drinks.
•We want all clients to understand that our team is committed to following these procedures to ensure everyone is protected.
•We have removed all magazines, limiting beverage station and any non-essential items from the salon during this time.
•Only bring in what can be carried (no coats/vests, gloves, hats, purses etc..)
